Automation Manager: is to lead the planning, design, and implementation of automated technologies and systems (such as PLC, robotics, RPA) to maximize operational efficiency, increase productivity, improve product quality, and reduce operating costs and human errors.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree: Electronic, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Systems.
- Desirable: Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), industrial robotics, SCADA systems, HMI, industrial networks, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Design Software: Knowledge of CAD tools, SolidWorks, or simulation software.
- Emerging Technologies: Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and industrial IoT.
