Key Account Leader – 3M

The Key Account Leader is a customer‐facing position responsible for establishing and executing the strategies necessary to increase 3M business and relevance with the customer, achieving the defined sales objectives for the Key Account.
In this role you will transmit the Voice of Customer within 3M and leverage both Global and Local 3M resources and networks to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Guide 3M's growth and market relevance in the short, mid, and long term for both spec‐in and consumable products within the assigned account.
Interact throughout the customer's entire organization, building a collaborative network at all levels and engaging with relevant departments such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Planning, and Management, and occasionally top‐level executives.
