Overview About the role: It is not an engineering-design role; it is related to sales and processes.
Responsibilities - Service Quality Monitoring: Conduct secret visits (mystery shopping) to BYD dealers and competitor service centers; collect and regularly report findings on service quality.
- Sales Service Improvement: Promote service improvement actions based on visit results; follow up to ensure that all identified issues are resolved effectively.
- PDI & After-Sales Support: Monitor and follow up on Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and after-sales issues; support the rapid implementation of corrective and improvement projects.
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Maximum 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, after-sales, and customer service in the automotive industry.
