Working hours include early‐morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts.ResponsibilitiesSupport the warehouse manager in shipment logistics.Process manifests and spreadsheets, request corrections, and archive them.Maintain accurate records for all shipments.Receive, handle, and file original shipment documents; manage and track original HBLs.Control physical and electronic shipping files.Enter international shipment data into SAP while following group policies.Generate shipping documents, transport agreements, and other required written materials.Handle inventory variations with prior approval from the supervisor.Enter freight invoices into the company expense portal and upload material into SAP per packing list.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.Request quotations for freight and co...
