Comrise is looking for an analytical, proactive, and highly organized AWS Marketplace Partnership Operations Specialist to support the operational success and growth of strategic AWS partnership programs.
We want someone who is not afraid to dig deep into complex workflows, uncover billing or data irregularities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive fast solutions. AWS Marketplace Transaction Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all marketplace transactions and offers. Pipeline & CRM Management: Conduct weekly pipeline hygiene checks and generate bi-weekly reports using Salesforce and Work Span. Work closely with AWS Partner Experience Managers (PEMs) to track opportunities.
Billing Team Cadence: Regularly validate billing records against live Marketplace offers to instantly flag, track, and clean up financial irregularities or data mismatches.
