Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational & user issues. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role. Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies. Skills Profile: Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting.
