Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in Azure DevOps, SQL, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting operational & user issues.
Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies.
Skills Profile - Proficiency in SQL querying language for database management and reporting.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as DataDog, Splunk, AppInsights & Log Analytics.
