Join our team as a Back Office Reconciliation Associate in Mississauga, ON, focusing on payment processing and resolution in a hybrid model. This position demands high attention to detail and robust Excel skills.
We seek a candidate who has a minimum of 6 months' experience in reconciliation. In this role, you’ll engage in payment collections, manage general ledger entries, and address discrepancies by analyzing case details. A collaborative effort with internal teams is vital for success in managing daily back-office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support internal stakeholders like Collections and Dealers
• Handle payment collections and GL reconciliations
• Analyze and review cases with Excel
• Perform manual updates and reconciliations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 70-100 cases daily
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months reconciliation experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
