The Customer Service Representative is an entry-level position responsible for providing assistance to branch employees, enabling a positive customer service experience and executing day-to-day banking activities in coordination with the Customer Service function.
The overall objective is to promote high quality customer service to Citi clients and to achieve client satisfaction by delivering optimal solutions.

- Manage and coordinate branch resources, such as financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency
- Assist Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
- Control and manage cash, valuated forms, and means of access
- Supervise and ensure that proper banking protocols are completed
