What you'll do
This role is in the Payroll Banking area in a shared services environment that generates payment proposals for different entities and payroll payments, tax, according to the calendar from Eaton, and ensures that all payroll payments with due dates are included in the payment run and follows up according to Eaton's established policies.
Perform bank disbursements to payroll payments in a timely manner according to schedule.
Reconcile payments against bank statements on a daily basis to ensure they were successful.
Provide evidence of bank disbursements to the local teams.
Attend column cases ensuring to solve all the cases within the next 24 hours.
Review and analyze payments that are rejected or returned.
Analyze errors in payments, payments on hold, unreconciled items.
Analyze payroll payment problems, determine root cause and recommend solutions.
