About This Opportunity
Manage all bar and lounge operations to ensure the achievement of established beverage quality, guest service standards, and departmental revenue and profit targets. Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, and regulatory requirements, as well as brand standards and internal policies.
**Service Standards & Operations**
+ Deliver Food & Beverage service in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
+ Develop and implement departmental standards that enhance salesmanship, beverage creativity, and profitability.
+ Communicate guest feedback, operational challenges, and relevant information to the Food & Beverage Manager.
+ Conduct daily briefings and attend scheduled Food & Beverage meetings.
+ Deliver structured training sessions based on the departmental monthly training calendar.
