Customer Service Representative – Supply Department (Automotive) Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.
- Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.
- Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.
- Maintain direct communication with clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and business English.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.
- Understanding of supply chain management and risk management.
