Reporting to the Area Director or Human Resources Manager, you will support recruitment activities, coordinate orientation sessions, and manage Workers Compensation claims. Your expertise in legislation will ensure compliance, while your participation in the Health and Safety Program demonstrates commitment to workplace wellbeing. You will also maintain accurate HR files and assist with employee counseling as needed.
