Key Responsibilities:
• Timely respond to client inquiries and maintain records
• Connect with clients to assist in using product resources
• Track distribution of strategist resources to clients
• Collaborate on monitoring service levels for BCA clients

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance or economics
