**Job description**:
- The Benefits Manager has a direct responsibility to lead Aptiv administration for Insurance plans for Mexico, Brazil and Honduras, responsible for the relationship with Mercer-Marsh (Broker).
Support Renewal process for Mexico, Brazil and Honduras.
Responsible for the Mexico day to day operations for Medical, Life, Medical Excess plan and optional plans (Dental, Catastrophic illness and funeral insurance).
Additional responsibilities include Relocation Bonus calculation, support finance with car insurance renewal for cross borders and ensure a fair renewal for employee car insurance self-paid service provided by Marsh.
