This hybrid role requires a strong customer service background and experience in benefits administration. You will engage with clients, manage eligibility, and respond to inquiries to ensure plan member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients for best-in-class benefits service
• Support client retention and renewal processes
• Manage claims and inquiries with efficiency
• Educate clients on benefits and policies
• Create and deliver effective client onboarding presentations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; additional education preferred
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
• Familiarity with group benefits or insurance
