- Analyze RFPs, RFIs and RFQs, ensuring full compliance and strong commercial positioning
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations and HQ teams
- Manage bid timelines, deliverables, risks and approvals under strict deadlines
- Act as the central point of contact between regional teams and the global bidding organization
- Support go / no‑go decisions and bid strategy definition
- Prepare and submit high‑quality proposals, including clarifications and presentations
- Identify and proactively track upcoming bidding opportunities
- Participate in on‑site bid presentations when required
