We are looking for a Bookkeeper Accountant who will be responsible for the accounting processes at one company or a low volume of operations within a small group of companies.
**The main activities for this position are**:
- Journal Entries in Accounting SW.
- Make Changes in SW for client information.
- Track and control AP and AR.
- Reporting incomes and expenses.
- Periodic reconciliations: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly.
- Maintain historical records.
- Invoicing: data entry, sending, and follow up until receive the payment.
- Ensure compliance with Financial Control processes.
