English Proficiency : C1 level required – all communication will be in English. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct high‑volume outbound and inbound client calls to provide case updates, manage treatment status, and handle insurance matters.
Gather, verify, and enter detailed client information into the Smart Advocate system.
Maintain professional, empathetic, and solution‑oriented communication with upset or stressed clients.
Follow communication scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance.
Provide timely follow‑up and strengthen client relationships throughout the case lifecycle.
