As a Contract Amendment Administrator, you will work collaboratively with a team of about six on completing changes to retail transactions, including but not limited to name changes, assignments/assumptions, add/remove debtors, and restructure requests across all business units. You will ensure that all lease and loan security documentation is accurately completed, updated when required, and consistent with credit and legal requirements. You are responsible for exercising adherence to credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of documentation while meeting customer expected turnaround‑timing commitments.
