Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 4 days in office, Fridays remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Pay: $25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer and sales representative inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders, credits, and debit transactions
- Manage complaint resolution and service issue follow-up
- Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) – required
