Overview
Bilingual Customer Service Representative position located in Markham, ON. This is a one-year temporary opportunity with potential to extend or become permanent. The role requires English/French bilingual communication by phone and via email/chat, with a hybrid work model (2 days remote, 3 days in-office).
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls in English and French in a professional and diligent manner.
- Answer questions, inquiries and resolve problems/issues in a timely and positive way.
- Process customer orders in an order entry system; assist customers with online order steps where applicable.
- Respond to email inquiries, chat and orders in English and French.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth.
- Support a mix of business professionals, consumers and retailers as part of a non-sales role.
