OMERS is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to deliver outstanding service to our members, employers, pensioners, and other stakeholders. This role supports all aspects of the OMERS Pension Plan(s) and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for over 640,000 members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for member calls and digital inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of OMERS pension administration to provide accurate and timely support.
- Exercise sound judgement, ensuring information is relayed accurately, politely, and courteously.
- Handle a variety of inquiries, including resolving escalated issues.
- Analyze data to identify problems and collaborate with appropriate teams to resolve them.
- Remain flexible, taking on additional tasks and assisting other teams as needed.
- Maintain productivity standards and service level targets, ensuring high member satisfaction. <...
