English Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager owns all sales activities within the defined region of responsibility and is the key to developing, strengthening and maintaining existing and new customer relationships in order to generate sales growth for the complete SAMSON portfolio of products and services. This includes holding face‑to‑face customer interactions, facilitating lunch and learns, resolving customer service issues, following up on proposal activities, as well as understanding the customer applications and requirements. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling the full range of products and services to achieve and surpass their targets in their respective regions of responsibility as well as carrying out their respective business plans and following corporate strategy.
