About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team in the real estate sector. In this role, you will contribute to efficiently managing properties by coordinating repairs, evaluating incidents, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive notifications of property issues and determine if the repair is the landlord's responsibility.
• Use the preferred vendor list for each property to coordinate repairs.
• If no vendor is registered, search online and make calls to arrange services.
• Request photos of damages to evaluate and resolve the situation effectively.
• Follow up until the work is completed and closed.
