Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume, performance-based invoicing for large customers.

Prepare, maintain, and review allocations prior to entry into the general ledger.

Prepare reconciliations and upload/review files.

Email invoices and process credit card updates and charges.

Manage a high volume of collection calls and account follow-ups.
