Main Responsibilities

• Ensure internal support (customer service–oriented) by responding to team requests through a ticketing system, particularly to implement adjustments and updates to BIM content.
• Review tag/label families in REVIT and verify that all information is bilingual.
• Help create digital content for all company departments, including Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Telecommunications.
• Help organize and manage the company’s digital content library and contribute to enhancing the project template.
• Ensure all BIM content aligns with company standards and project‑specific requirements.
• Contribute to improving the company’s BIM Guide on SharePoint for distribution across all offices in Canada.
