Technical Skills

Strong backend engineering experience – distributed systems, APIs, and production‑grade architecture

Blockchain / Web3 experience – smart contracts, DeFi protocols, EVM and non‑EVM chains. You’ve shipped real on‑chain products.

Fintech domain knowledge – payments, compliance rails, or financial data is a strong plus

System design – you’ve made real architectural decisions on production systems and lived with the consequences

Leadership & Experience

Owned full project lifecycles – from scoping and design through shipping and iterating

Made architectural decisions that affected real users at scale
