We’re looking for a gritty, driven Sales & Support Rep who can hit the ground running, someone who shows up for customers, finds opportunities, and backs the BluTech name with action. No corporate fluff. Just results.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new opportunities
• Support customers with service, parts, and repair solutions
• Build real relationships across construction, mining, forestry & civil fleets

Qualifications

• Sales experience (equipment/parts/industrial = big plus)
• Relentless drive, thick skin, and zero quit
• Confidence to walk a site and earn respect
