Join a well-established pediatric practice in upper Michigan as a board-eligible or certified pediatrician. Provide vital outpatient care while benefiting from a supportive work environment.
This role focuses on traditional outpatient pediatric services within a respected primary-care setting. You'll support inpatient and newborn services for about 7–8 days each month, with manageable on-call expectations. Alternating work schedules, including a 4-day work week, can be discussed to promote work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outpatient pediatric services predominantly in clinic
• Support inpatient/newborn services as needed monthly
• Maintain standard office hours, Monday to Friday
• Discuss flexible work-day models such as a 4-day week
• Upkeep a 1:4 call requirement for pediatrics
