BOC Aviation has appointed Adeline Lim as Chief Risk Officer with effect from May 25, 2026.
In her new role, Lim will lead the company’s global risk management function, oversee airline credit risk and enterprise risk, while shaping and executing the group’s overall risk strategy and governance framework.
She succeeds Stephen Barnes, who will remain with the company during a transition period ahead of his retirement.
Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Steven Townend said Lim’s broad experience across multiple roles, regions and leasing platforms would strengthen the company’s management team, while also thanking Barnes for his long-standing contribution to the business.
