Key Responsibilities:
• Design and support new hire learning programs
• Track and report learning activities and compliance
• Support performance management and succession planning
• Conduct assessments for culture and team effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records and analyze program impacts
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
• Minimum three years in organizational development or HR
