The Powertrain Senior Designer position is for a highly skilled and experienced designer for the Powertrain Design Services group.
The primary responsibilities include performing packaging, concept, design, layout and checking related assemblies and components for brackets factory group.
**Basic Qualifications**:
5 to 7 years' design experience
Extensive experience with NX parametric solid modeling and Teamcenter
Strong written and oral communications to lead design and packaging meetings
Strong organization, planning and data management skills
PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or a technology related discipline
Experience in the design of complex brackets and different manufacturing processes (injection, casting & stamping).
Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
