This full-time role is dedicated to those with lived experiences who can encourage growth among families. Responsibilities include family assessments for care plans, resource education, and facilitating support groups. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance family systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for families individually and in groups
• Assess family needs and design tailored care plans
• Promote education on mental health and addiction resources
• Facilitate and backup support groups as needed
• Participate in care planning and organizational needs
Requirements:
• Personal experience with mental health or addiction issues
• Relevant degree/diploma such as BSW, MSW
• 2 years of relevant sector experience
