About the Role
Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan
Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritise work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement
Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly
Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecast budget expectations monthly
Facilitate employee safety training
Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory
May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization
