Drive the growth of the MILO brand by executing winning marketing strategies, building strong consumer connections, and delivering sustainable business results. The role is accountable for brand performance, innovation execution, communication development and ensuring consumer‑centricity across all touchpoints.
**2. Key Responsibilities**
+ Execute brand strategies and marketing plans to deliver sustainable growth in market share, sales, and profitability for MILO.
+ Develop and continuously update consumer portraits and engagement funnels, ensuring deep consumer understanding and insight‑led decisions.
