Your Missions

As our new HR Country specialist based in Sao Paulo, you will be the backbone of our Brazil operations, acting as the strategic bridge between our Paris HR/Finance teams and our local partners. You are not just a coordinator; you are the owner of local compliance, payroll accuracy, and office culture. You will ensure our growth in Brazil is supported by robust policies and seamless administrative execution. You will be reporting to the Head of People Operations, data & systems working closely with HRBPs, HR Data and Systems Specialist, the global People Ops team, and local leaders.
