In this role, you will be instrumental in developing partnerships with Automation Solutions Partners. Focus on executing growth strategies that meet Siemens objectives while identifying and addressing partner needs. Your ability to communicate in both English and French will facilitate effective market interactions from Montreal or Halifax.

• Grow and manage strategic technology partner relationships
• Execute and implement partner business plans
• Identify and address partner technical gaps through training
• Recruit and onboard partners to expand the market presence
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance and forecasts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical field diploma preferred
• 5+ years in HVAC or Building Automation sales experience
