Job Overview:
As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance in vacant and occupied apartments including but not limited to minor plumbing, drywall repairs, minor electrical repairs, painting, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to think quickly on their feet, have excellent task and time management, and problem solve.
This position will not require any repair that requires a licensed technician nor the removal or repair of hazar...
