Building Operator

Edmonton- ONSITE

3 MONTH CONTRACT

$25-30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, as well as unscheduled maintenance and repairs, across all building systems
• Ensure all building equipment operates efficiently, including setting up and monitoring system trend logs
• Participate in occupational health and safety programs
• Manage waste, recycling, and hazardous materials in accordance with WHMIS standards
• Oversee a fully integrated computerized Building Automation System
• Manage and resolve tenant service requests in a timely manner
• Oversee contractors completing tenant improvements, capital projects, and general operational work
• Conduct risk management inspections, implement remedial actions, and complete reporting
• Assist in preparing annual operating and capital budgets, and support execution of capital projects
