What will you do?
Simply put, you will be responsible for maintenance and building operations. Below are some of the primary responsibilities that entails; we’ll discuss the others in person:
Carry out and/or supervise preventative maintenance and regular inspections on HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and life safety systems;Complete tenant service calls such as changing lights, heating/cooling calls etc. in a safe and professional manner;Oversee the appearance and safety of the properties;Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions/recommendations;Oversee contractors and ensure they abide by contract guidelines and project timelines;Respond to emergency after hours calls as required;Communicate with Property Management on building and tenant issues regularly;Maintain maintenance and daily logs of equipment including meter readings; andMaintain keys and locks register.<...
