Business Analyst - Planning & Growth Management Under the leadership and direction of the Director, the Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing strategic and transformative initiatives that align with the Development and Parks Planning Department’s objectives. The role involves analyzing and working with department and other City staff on business process analysis such as workflows and information flow mapping, managing projects using established project management methodologies, and optimizing the use of information to support projects, decision making and business planning. The Analyst brings expertise in process design, risk management, and customer experience enhancement. The position also monitors and curates data from multiple sources to conduct insightful analyses and draft reports and presentations with recommendations that identify improvement opportunities and/or support decision making.
