Location & Overview
This role is primarily based in the Durham/Scarborough market, with an opportunity to support clients and drive growth in the Cobourg region 1–2 days per week. The position involves cultivating and managing relationships with a portfolio of small‑business clients to build a pipeline of new business and increase BMO’s market share.
Responsibilities
- Apply professional consultative sales and business development practices for an assigned jurisdiction/portfolio.
- Identify opportunities and refer to BMO colleagues as appropriate.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business clients and expand existing relationships.
- Build internal and external networks and referral sources to ensure ongoing growth of BMO’s business.
