This role will be a key leader engaging with Ops team to create commercial strategies and achieve exceptional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a successful team of Business Development Managers to deliver outstanding performance and customer service.
Enable operational teams (Business Developers) to achieve high execution standards and develop strong business relationships with top customers.
Co‐develop commercial propositions for diverse customers based on deep business insights.
Analyze consumer behavior to gain insights and translate them into actionable plans.
Ensure the successful execution of commercial plans.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in key account management and/or consultative selling.
