BioSked is the European leader in intelligent staff scheduling for healthcare. For over 15 years, our SaaS platform has helped 1000+ hospitals and medical sites across 9 countries eliminate scheduling chaos replacing spreadsheets with AI-powered, fair, and compliant staff planning.

Our clients include major university hospitals, radiology networks, and private clinic groups. We're growing, and now expanding aggressively into the Dutch-speaking Benelux market.

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to build our presence in Flanders and the Netherlands from the ground up, following growing demand in the area. This is a market-opening and expansion role, you'll be our first dedicated hire for the Dutch-speaking region, with a direct line to the CEO.

What you'll do

Build the pipeline (70%)
