Business Development Manager (m/f/x) – EFAFLEX Mexico Key Responsibilities: - Deliver agreed budget (+) levels of performance (value & volume) in line with expectations.
- Ensure sufficient quote and order bank activity is in place to maintain and deliver forecast business within stated timescales.
- Set and monitor performance to agreed objectives/KPI’s providing clear timely reporting, identifying appropriate corrective action/s as necessary.
- Develop a structured plan (rolling 90 days) to develop existing and new key business in my sales region.
- Ensure agreed levels of productivity are achieved, identifying areas for improvement, taking appropriate corrective action/s as required.
- Manage contractual exposure and risk to the business in all customer/supplier negotiations.
