This is not your traditional AEC business development role. We are looking for a true salesperson - a hunter. Someone who knows how to generate opportunities, open doors, build pipeline, and close business in a professional services environment. We are in it together and you will have a strong team to support you through the cycle and access to lead generating marketing campaigns.
You understand that strong professional services sales are built on credibility, persistence, follow-through, and trust. You know how to manage long-cycle relationship-based sales while still maintaining urgency, accountability, and strong pipeline discipline.
