We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to serve as the connective tissue across our rapidly growing company, driving clarity, speed, and organizational excellence. This is a highly cross‑functional role for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and problem solving. Think of this as TITAN’s version of “Jared” from Silicon Valley: a resourceful operator who ensures the company functions smoothly as it scales.

You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team across finance, operations, hiring, vendor management, planning, and communications. The ideal candidate has a consulting or strategy background, exceptional analytical and Excel skills, fluency in Mandarin, and the ability to work in a fast, high‑iteration startup environment.
