SUMMARY

The Business Support Specialist serves as a critical business support resource and functional expert to own business processes supported in e-Emphasys and evolve new functionalities according with business demand. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, manage master data and assist in the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
