ACCOUNTABILITY LEVEL:
The
Business Technology Delivery Manager – Commercial & Marketing, LATAM is accountable for
assessing, guiding, and advancing the digital maturity of Commercial and Marketing organizations across LATAM .
This role partners with Commercial and Marketing leaders to
understand business goals, capabilities, and current ways of working , perform
structured digital maturity assessments , and
translate those insights into prioritized digital initiatives and products that improve how value is delivered to the business.
Rather than focusing only on technology delivery, the role is accountable for
